My dear pupils,
The CA2 is just next week(Monday onwards). I hope yopu have been revising your work to prepare for it. I would like to see all of you improve this time. Do practice the TEST 5 revision exercises so that you would be familiar with the format of the questions. Remember our class motto? 'Do your best!'

Yeah! It's National Day
My dear Sapphireans,
Well, the National Day celebration in school is finally over. I was really upset that some of u didn't take good care of the radio and CD. Yesterday, I reminded the last person to take the radio back to the staff room. It was a busy day for all of us. Luckily, Mr James helped to burn another CD for us. U all should thank him! At least you get to perform! Make sure you revise your work this holiday to prepare for CA2. Happy National Day to Singapore!

Hi all,
The National Day celebration is coming soon. Well, our school will be commemorating the special day on Wednesday. Most classes are busy preparing for their performance. What about you, Sapphireans? Have you really decided on the song and the steps? Better work out something fast..... not too late....

NE Show@Marina
Dear 5 Sapphireans,
Last Saturday's NE Show was fantastic, right? Though it was drizzling at the start of the show, it did not dampen our spirit to celebrate Singapore's birthday. The cool goody bag that you received can be interchangeable. Which part of the show do you like best? For me, the fireworks and the Lion team(parachuters) was simply amazing. Well, it would be nice to watch the parade on the actual day.... Anyway, I enjoyed myself. I hope you did too!

Racial Harmony @LPS
Hi everyone!
Last week was indeed a busy week for all. The Racial Harmony commemoration in school was a special one. Do you know why? Lianhuareans got the the chance to witness 4 traditional weddings at one time! Wasn't that amazing? The teachers in Lianhua are really great people! They supported the event and went all out to do their best. Hey, there's also our parent support group who, as usual very forthcoming in supporting events in the school. Bravo to them! Not forgetting, we also have friends from Suzhou, China who joined us in the celebrations! They were really impressed by our warmth and enjoyed themselves tremendously. Continue to live the spirit high. Way to go Lianhua!

Open House @LPS
Dear 5 Sapphireans,
You have been wonderful! We managed to collect $212 for our stall. The amount may not be much but the thought of helping others is the most important of all! Continue to keep the 5 Sapphirean spirit high!
Luv,
Mdm Azizah
